En sortant de la stagnation et du froid hivernal, l\u2019\u00e9nergie se remet \u00e0 circuler. A l\u2019image de la s\u00e8ve des arbres, l\u2019\u00e9nergie vitale pr\u00e9sente partout en nous et autour de nous commence \u00e0 se fluidifier, sortir des ses racines pour aller revitaliser l\u2019ensemble de la nature.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans nos contr\u00e9es, c\u2019est en Mars et en Avril que l\u2019\u00e9nergie du printemps est la plus marqu\u00e9e. Le dosha vata qui \u00e9tait dominant en hiver laisse maintenant la place \u00e0 kapha qui, apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre accumul\u00e9 pendant tout l\u2019hiver, commence \u00e0 se liqu\u00e9fier. Au niveau du corps, cela se traduit par l\u2019habituelle \u00abfatigue printani\u00e8re\u00bb.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Avec le soleil qui revient, les toxines accumul\u00e9es dans le corps durant l\u2019hiver se fluidifient et cherchent la porte de sortie. Il convient alors d\u2019accompagner ce processus naturel avec conscience et bienveillance pour que cette \u00e9tape de purification printani\u00e8re se passe au mieux.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans cette p\u00e9riode, on recherche donc \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler et accompagner le dosha kapha pour que celui-ci puisse faire son travail au mieux.
